MADDFEST will be held April 6^th & 7^th, 2013 at the Campus of Shining Star Academy of the Arts in Lake City, Florida.

Set up will be on Friday, April 5^th and must be done before midnight.

 $150.00 Food vendor per 12' front      (Electric $25 extra)                    

$90.00 per Arts & Craft vendor– 12’ x 12’

$75.00 per Non-profits– 12’ x 12’       

$45.00 Adult Artist / Exhibitor

$25.00 Student Artist / Exhibitor
