MADDFEST Spring Arts Festival will be held the last week end in March at Olustee Park in beautiful downtown Lake City All arts-and-crafts booths, food vendors will surround the park facing the main stage gazebo. Olustee Park is located north of Duval Street (highway 90) between Hernando and Marion Avenue south of City Hall. MADDFEST showcases the wealth of talent we have here in North Florida. MADDFEST features top quality musicians, artists, actors, and dancers from all ages and styles. A wide variety of food and hand-made American arts and crafts are presented in an atmosphere of good old southern hospitality. Entertainment will be presented on the main stage Friday and Saturday from 11 A.M. to 9 P.M. Vendors will be open on Friday from 10 A.M. to 9 P.M. and Saturday from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M.. MADDFEST is both entertaining and educational. Visitors will be amazed as they see the pages of history come alive through music, art, drama, and dance. Arts & Crafts and food vendors will surround the park. Leading up to the festival, an original art competition and creative writing contest will be held.
